This program is for anyone who has had a regular yoga practice for a minimum of one year and has an understanding of the basics of asana practice. This does not mean that an applicant needs to be able to perform advanced asana, but has a willingness to learn plus awareness and respect for their body and limitations. This program is also appropriate for those who would like to deepen their practice.

This 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is based on techniques found in well known NYC yoga studios. You will learn all that you need to conduct a safe, fun, and educational class. With details on Asana alignment, Meditation techniques, and 30+ hours spent on actual practice teaching, you will feel confident, knowledgeable, and ready to begin teaching immediately after graduation.

· Beginner-Advanced Meditation & Pranayama Techniques
· Anatomy by Pose
· Chakras, Nadis & The Subtle Bodies

• To recieve Early Bird Special, a payment of $2100 must be recieved by August 31.
• For a 3-month payment plan, a $795 payment is due September 10, 2010, October 10, 2010, and November 10, 2010.
