Long Island Yoga School in association with Think Wellness NY presents the Mindfulness Meditation Training Certification Program. This program is a great addition to a Yoga Certification, for Yoga Teachers, a supplement for Clinical Therapist, Educators in the school system K-12 and anyone looking to learn more about mindfulness for their own personal practice or as another source of income. Everyone who takes this training will be a Certified Mindfulness Teacher.

This is an 18-hour mindfulness training offering you techniques for a personalized yoga, breathing and meditation practice which can easily be shared with anyone. Formats for creating your own lesson plans for a personal practice and for teaching mindfulness classes to others are included.
This mindfulness meditation & movement certification program consists of Three 6-Hour Training Sessions
Personalized Mindfulness Practice – Creating a new practice or enhancing an existing one.
The Science and Physiological Aspects of Mindfulness
Techniques for becoming a successful mindfulness teacher
Who is This Training For?
This training is a great additional certification for Yoga Teachers, Mental Health Practitioners/Therapists, or anyone in the wellness field. If your goal is to learn mindfulness techniques that can easily be developed into a personal practice for yourself and your family, this is a great opportunity for that too!

Online Option– June – Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:30 – 9:30 PM
June 5th, 7th, 12th, 14th, 19th, & 21st
In Person Option – September – Sundays from 11:00 -5:00 PM
September 10th, 17th, & 24th
Location: Douglaston, Queens
