Meditation I

This Meditation course/workshop shows how a regular meditation practice can significantly reduce the effects of all stress-related issues and actually change the body’s reaction to stress. This workshop/course will cover basic breathing and relaxation techniques that are easy to learn and do not require a huge time commitment for noticeable results. We will cover common reasons why a meditation practice is difficult to maintain and how understanding what is happening physiological and emotionally during the practice can help make a regular meditation practice part of a daily routine.

The teaching format for leading a successful meditation class for both group and private settings will be discussed.
