A little about my teaching style:

My classes are appropriate for new practitioners with or without injuries and those with an existing practice looking to find more ease in some of the more complex postures. It is all about overriding habitual patterns of movement and replacing it with new muscle memory that is more in line with optimal alignment principles. The best part? Learning and applying these new movements will not only make you a safer, more mindful practitioner, it will also change the way you move through all other aspects of life. Just a few easy to follow alignment principles are all it takes for a stronger, pain-free body.
