200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

We are excited to introduce our new semi-private training option, exclusively limited to a maximum of six students per session, all at the cost of a full group training. We believe in establishing a solid groundwork first to ensuring future success in any chosen yoga style path. With small group sizes we are able to maintain the integrity and ability to customize this training to your unique goals.

Our focus is on teaching the fundamental knowledge required to deliver exceptional, well-rounded, and safe classes while delving deeply into the areas that will transform you into an exceptional teacher—one who excels at connecting with students, whether in person or online. We are committed to providing the guidance and expertise needed to start you on your journey as a remarkable yoga teacher.
This training program combines the best of both worlds, offering a blend of online and in-person sessions. On Thursdays, you can join the sessions conveniently from the comfort of your own space through Zoom, while weekend dates provide an immersive in-person experience. All the lectures are recorded for your convenience, ensuring that you can access and review the material whenever needed, without missing any important content.

The Essence of Yoga: The Yin/Yang Philosophy and Koshas

Our Teaching Philosophy

The heart of our teaching philosophy is centered around two key concepts: the Yin/Yang philosophy and the Koshas.
The Yin/Yang philosophy, rooted in ancient Chinese philosophy, represents the dualistic nature of existence. It symbolizes the interconnectedness and interdependence of opposing forces and energies in the universe. In our teaching philosophy, we emphasize the importance of finding balance and harmony between these contrasting aspects. By integrating the Yin/Yang philosophy into our teachings, we guide our students to cultivate equilibrium, both on and off the mat. This understanding helps them recognize the complementary qualities within themselves and the world around them, fostering a sense of unity, wholeness, and inner peace.

The Koshas, or subtle bodies, represent the multidimensional nature of human existence. These layers or sheaths, as described in yogic philosophy, extend beyond the physical body and encompass various aspects of our being. Our teaching philosophy takes into account these layers, exploring the physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. By nurturing and harmonizing each Kosha, we support our students in their journey towards self-discovery, self-awareness, and self-transcendence. Through this exploration, we encourage our students to embrace their true potential, connect with their authentic selves, and cultivate a profound sense of well-being.

Cancellation Policy

A $100 fee will be applied if a cancellation occurs anytime before or up to 14 days prior to start date of training.

A $300 fee will be applied if a cancellation occurs 13 days or less prior to start date of training.
